Roundtables
Roundtable members are people in leadership with similar interests, coming together to help each other solve business problems, act as sounding boards, and provide support to each other. Four distinct levels to accommodate owners from startups to IPO’s. Each level has a distinct “Mindset”.
Ground Zero Roundtables
The Ground Zero Roundtable is designed for helping start-up business and those who are struggling in the first and second years. Your group of peers (10 members per group) and our skilled facilitators meet twice a month to discuss the issues you are facing on the road to success. Most Roundtable members develop close relationships with members of their group. Our
facilitators will be ready and willing to act as their groups coach. No less than four times a year the facilitator will bring in Subject-Matter-Experts who will train and answer questions from the
group.
Generators Roundtables
The Generators Roundtable is designed for helping businesses who have ten or less employees. Your group of peers (10 members per group) and our skilled facilitators meet once a month to discuss the issues you are facing on the road to success. Generators can see their business being greater than who they are.
Establishers Roundtables
The Establisher Roundtable is designed for helping businesses who have 10 or more employees within a well established company. Your group of peers (10 members per group) and
our skilled facilitators meet once a month to discuss the issues you are facing on the road to success. The members of this group will have the intent to grow by opening other locations, to sell the business or be acquired by another company.
Premier Roundtables
The Premier Roundtable is designed for helping business who have those who have 50 or more employees within a well-established company. Your group of peers (10 members per group) and
our skilled facilitators meet once a month to discuss the issues you are facing on the road to success. The members of this group will have the intent to either start a franchise of offer an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
